Hey everyone! Today I wanted to share my thoughts on the top Some of the XRP meme coins which have potential, I think, right now. Now, let me break down why:.
First of all, I want to point out that we have not seen any XRP meme coin reach above 100 million market cap yet, except for ARMY, which briefly touched that level. I believe there’s going to be a big push for XRP meme coins soon, and at least one of these coins could do some incredible numbers.
Here are my top picks that I covered:
LIHUA – This is a cat-dragon meme coin that has been getting a lot of attention from the influencers. It is within my top 3, but I do have some concerns because, to me, it feels more of an influencer push than organic growth, so to say. I am not seeing enough regular retail investors talking about it yet, but it currently has the most mind share in the XRP meme coin space.
SCRAP – This is probably my favorite position for the moment. It’s one of the oldest coins on the XRP Ledger, roughly 1.5 years old, and feels like a classic animal play, akin to what we’ve seen succeed big with Dogecoin and Shiba Inu on Ethereum. It previously hit 30 million back in December, and at its current 7.5 million market cap, I think it’s a steal.
KNOX This is based on a dog of the founder of XRP and doing similar to what we have seen with Brian Armstrong’s dog token hit 50-60 million on Base. Great marketing job from the team. While it won’t be the next “dog with hat,” I could see this easily hitting 30-40 mil, maybe even 60 mil.
XRP Army – This is currently the largest XRP meme coin by market cap. While it may not do the craziest multiples, it’s safer if you believe in the entire ecosystem. The narrative really ties into the XRP vs. SEC story, and given how passionate the XRP community is, this could approach a billion-dollar market cap when more people start investing in the XRP meme coins.
Pongo: This reminds me of Ponke on Solana, an animal play with its own art style. It’s trying to tap into the XRP Army narrative. It is a bit overpriced compared to my other picks.
BEAR – I’m not in a position at the moment, but it has had a good run-up. It’s really more of a community token with NFTs involved. I think it is a bit overpriced at the moment, but I’ll continue to watch it.
