Of course, you do not have to follow this much-I would suggest you to follow around 100-200 important accounts, focusing on news sources like New York Post, ABC News, or influential persons like Elon Musk.

I also showed how to use Twitter Lists as a more organized way to track specific groups of accounts. This works great with the auto-refresher, too.
