Hey, everybody! Today I wanted to break down the situation with the new meme coin from Trump that literally just dropped. Let me give you my breakdown and my thoughts on whether or not you should consider buying into it.

First, some key stats: The coin hit almost $7 billion market cap within 15 hours of launch, with $27 billion in FDV (fully diluted value) and incredibly strong liquidity. It started around $30 million and exploded to $5 billion market cap in less than a day. Trump himself confirmed it was official on his account with 100 million followers at 2:44 AM when it was around $200 million market cap.

What I really like about this coin is the liquidity situation. Sure, $27 billion FDV might sound reasonably high, but what I am eyeing more is the market cap and liquidity ratio, which is pretty solid. A lot of the tokens are locked up with scheduled releases over three years, so there can’t be a massive dump. We’ve done incredible volume: $2.6 billion in less than a day-which is quite honestly the most I’ve ever seen for a meme coin in my 3-4 years in the space.

My pricing prediction: It could drop down to $4 billion, then pull back up to $6 billion, and maybe even $8-9 billion. I think the big gains are in, but it could hit up to $50 billion FDV. For comparison, Dogecoin sits at $57 billion FDV. The big question is: Can Trump’s coin outperform Doge? I think so; he is more charismatic compared to Elon.

If looking to get in now, I’d say DCA your way in. You may gain 50-60% from here, but nothing too insane like the original 20x we got following the Trump post. It’s more of a “thick liquidity” play now, with what we have had in the case of Book of Memes. High liquidity makes it an attractive one, as less volatile, for larger investors.

Please note, while I am bullish this might be one of the best meme coins for 2025, manage your risk and please do not over-invest into this, with your life savings, for example. With an incredibly strong narrative about Trump himself, but moreover a loyal follower base-just like the XRP Army but much more aggressive-it may force its way upward.

And last but not least, notice how this is already affecting the broader market: Solana hit $270 today, and we’re seeing some rotation out of other meme coins and AI tokens as people move into this one.
